How do I check the shipping rate?

Currently, we only provide shipping within Malaysia with a standard shipping rate imposed by courier service companies. The shipping rates will be quoted based on the weight of the item and delivery location. Your shipping fee will be indicated at the time of checkout that is available in the Order Summary box.


How long is the delivery time?

itsLiving aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! We hope that customers will understand that itsLiving does not represent any courier companies.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays
  • Sabah/ Sarawak: 7-10 working days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays


Do you ship to P.O Box or Parcel Lockers?

Please note that itsLiving will not accept delivery to any P.O. Box address certain locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.


Any request for Authority to leave without signature will be at your own risk.


How can I check the status of my order(s)?

Upon a successful Order, you will be notified through a Purchase Confirmation on the registered email address where the items will be delivered.  All delivery will be supplied with a tracking code to track your shipment.


What should I do if I entered a wrong delivery address?

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid. The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address - we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers.


In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, please note that itsLiving will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
